FAQ’s

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card (Visa & MasterCard).

Within Australia orders under $60 are charged a flat rate of $10.00 and orders of $60 or more receive FREE shipping.

Shipping overseas will incur a flat charge of $25 when we use the normal Australia Post Air Mail service. Other shipping methods will attract additional costs.

Most orders are dispatched the day they are received (except on weekends & public holidays) and all are dispatched within one business day.

Standard deliveries within Australia will take 2-4 business days.

Overseas deliveries will take 7-12 days.

All orders are shipped from Dural (NSW, 2158).

Yes. See the Shipping page for estimated delivery times. If your order has not arrived within those time frames please contact us and we will check the tracking of your delivery and share the tracking number and details with you.

Sherpa is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you change your mind, not receive the correct product or perhaps ordered the wrong size we will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing:

1. The items are returned within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items are in original condition as received, with all labels/tickets attached.
3. Garments must not have been worn.

If exchanging we will ship your new items back to you at our cost.

We recommend that you use a shipping method with a tracking service as Sherpa cannot be responsible for mail going astray.

Yes, however, signing up means a much quicker checkout for future purchases as it stores your name & address details. You will also receive future special offers by joining our mailing list.

Go to the Find A Store page, under Stockists on our Main Menu, to search for a retailer in your area.

Occasionally things go wrong. If, within three years of the date of purchase, you think that a fault has occurred with the product due to faulty workmanship rather than general wear and tear then please email us at sales@sherpa.com.au with the heading Faulty Product and include the following information:

1. The original receipt/invoice number or proof of purchase (we may be able to help with this if you cannot locate a proof of purchase)
2. The product including colour and size (if relevant)
3. The nature of the fault
4. Images showing the fault (if possible)
5. Your contact details (name, email address & physical address)

Sherpa will then contact you within two business days.

Each email you receive from us has an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email that will remove you from our email list if you click on it. You can also email us at sales@sherpa.com.au asking to be removed from our mailing list.
