Within Australia orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $10.00 and orders of $75 or more receive FREE shipping.
Shipping overseas will incur a flat charge of $25 when we use the normal Australia Post Air Mail service. Other shipping methods will attract additional costs.

Standard deliveries within Australia will take 1-4 business days.

Sherpa is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you change your mind, not receive the correct product or perhaps ordered the wrong size we will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing:
- The items are returned within 80 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items are in original condition as received, with all labels/tickets attached.
- Garments must not have been worn.

Occasionally things go wrong. If, within three years of the date of purchase, you think that a fault has occurred with the product due to faulty workmanship rather than general wear and tear then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading Faulty Product and include the following information:
- The original receipt/invoice number or proof of purchase (we may be able to help with this if you cannot locate a proof of purchase)
- The product including colour and size (if relevant)
- The nature of the fault
- Images showing the fault (if possible)
- Your contact details (name, email address and physical address)
