Sherpa is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you change your mind, not receive the correct product or perhaps ordered the wrong size we will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing:>

The items are returned within 80 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items are in original condition as received, with all labels/tickets attached
Garments must not have been worn or used (except for trying on)
Tech items (including Garmin & Coros GPS) must be in original packaging with box sealed*

*Please note most tech items come sealed with a sticker or firm closure. Items can not be returned once this seal is broken.

Sherpa Outdoors reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sherpa Outdoors reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance policies. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Sherpa Outdoors reserves the right to decline or refund an order we suspect to be unauthorized or from an untrusted source.
